RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the personalized nature of our items, returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued. If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out and we will do what we can to make it right. All custom orders have a design draft sent to the customer to be approved before anything is finalized, any changes or mistakes need to be resolved at that point. 

SHIPPING INFO

We ship using USPS and all orders will come with tracking and insurance. In the event your goods arrive damaged, please contact me immediately and start a claim with USPS. 

CLOTHING CARE INSTRUCTIONS

When washing your customized item of clothing, please turn the piece inside out. Machine wash on COLD, and tumble dry on low or air dry. Please do not use fabric softeners or bleach, and do not dry clean or iron. 

TUMBLER CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Handwash only with care.

If the cup is dropped, please note the seal may be broken and your cup may not keep drinks hot/cold properly.

Do not freeze, microwave, or otherwise subject to extreme temperatures. These are made for normal liquids at hot and cold temperatures and should not be left out in cold weather or hot cars.

Information I Collect:

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Wix to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services
Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Compliance with law: I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

Data Retention

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Your Rights

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Frequently asked questions

What vinyls are used in your products?


We currently use a mix of Starcraft and Oracal vinyl for all permanent decals. On our cups, we use our best judgment to determine which type will be used and sealed under either Crystalac or resin based on the design you request. We use Siser vinyl for heat transfer on our baby clothing.




Do you accept custom orders?


Yes! We gladly accept custom orders. We can completely customize your tumbler or keychain with different glitters, vinyl colors, etc. We can also put photos on tumblers, we just need a high quality jpeg sent to us. I will walk you through each step of the customization process until we are happy with a design. At that point, payment will be due and there will be no refunds once the cup is started. The easiest way to make a custom order request is on our website through our order forms. We will then contact you within 24 hours to finalize a design and send an invoice. You may also contact us on our Facebook page, www.facebook.com/rigmaidencreations or you may send an email with a photo or description of what you are wanting attached to rigmaidencreations@gmail.com. We look forward to customizing your order to perfection!




What is your turnaround time?


All ready to ship items will ship within 1 business day. Please note, if you add any sort of customization, it will fall under our custom turnaround times below. Custom vinyl decals, keychains, and clothing will be shipped in 2-4 business days from the time payment is received. Custom tumbler order with 4 or less tumblers will ship within 14 business days from the time payment is received. Please note, this may change depending on our volume of total custom orders at the time. We will communicate this promptly with our customer at the time of purchase.




What if there is an issue with application of my decal or the vinyl on my clothing?


Before shipment, we ensure the transfer tape is applied firmly and flat onto the decal. If an issue arises during application, we will allow you to purchase a new decal at 25% off. The finer detailed vinyls are much more difficult to apply, we send detailed instructions to help minimize any issues but ultimately we cannot be responsible for any issues during application. If your vinyl is peeling off clothing when you receive it, we will gladly replace it if the item is returned to us. Please contact us for a return label. If you do not return the item of clothing, we will be unable to fix it for you. We also send wash/dry instructions for vinyl that must be followed to extend the life of your custom order.




What if I drop my cup and it breaks?


Due to the glasslike nature of the final, durable coat of epoxy and Crystalac, if you drop your custom tumbler it will very likely crack/shatter. A drop may cause the seal to break inside the cup, and it may no longer keep drinks hot/cold for long. We are not able to 'spot fix' any cracks in tumblers, they have to be completely redone in order to maintain the original integrity of the cup. In the event this happens, we will offer you 10% off a new tumbler to replace it. Please note, photos will be required to show the damage on the original cup.




What if I need my order sooner than your turnaround time?


We can rush some orders, please contact us before using the rush order option. Tumblers are a bit more difficult to rush, but in certain cases we can. Please note, due to the nature of the curing process there are limitations on how fast we can ship custom tumblers. We encourage you to check out our ready to ship tumblers if they are needed in a hurry. For decal, keychain, and clothing orders, there will be a $5 fee per item rushed. Tumblers will have a $10 fee per item rushed.
