We are pleased to provide free shipping on all orders $35 and over within the United States. Any orders under the $35 threshold will be charged a flat rate of $5 for shipping. All packages will come with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for damages once shipped, please reach out and file a claim with USPS immediately if there is damage to your package.
Any products that are ready to ship and not customized will ship within 3 business days. Personalized tumblers will be shipped approximately 3 weeks from the day payment is received.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, and we strive for excellence with every order we complete.
If you are dissatisfied with our products, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. In the event you would still like a refund, we will provide a shipping label for you to ship the product back and the product will be subject to a 15% restock fee.
All tumblers, pens, and personalized product sales are final and not eligible for returns or refunds.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to make things right.
If you have any inquiries about wholesale orders, please direct them to email@example.com. We can wholesale any products with the exception of our tumblers at this time.

Information I Collect:
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Wix to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.
